Prior to co-founding Intudo Ventures, Eddy worked on venture investments in startups since the late 1990s, including PayPal, Palantir, and Affirm, founded and operated venture-backed technology companies with operations in Silicon Valley and Asia, practiced corporate/M&A law and worked as an investment banker.
Eddy holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Global Law Scholar, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley’s Walter A. Haas School of Business.
Founding Partner
Patrick is the General Manager of PT. Yasa Intudo Pratama. Prior to this, Patrick was the Managing Director of Gemala Sarana Wiyata (GSW), an Indonesian based private equity investment firm that acted as the local partner for Goldman Sachs Investment Partners (GSIP), a US$10 billion multi-strategy investment fund managed by Goldman Sachs. Before that, he was the Head of Strategic Planning Group at the CP Prima (part of the Charoen Pokphand Group), where he advised shareholders on private equity investments and corporate finance matters for the family’s investment portfolio companies in Indonesia. Prior to that, he was at UBS Investment Bank (Corporate Finance) and GE Capital (M&A) in Jakarta; and Morgan Stanley (Investment Management) in Boston.
Patrick holds an M.B.A., magna cum laude, from Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Boston University.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures in 2018, Ashley worked in one of Indonesia’s leading boutique investment firms, Syailendra Group, which focuses on private wealth and advisory services, where she was one of the first members of the newly formed Fund Development and Distribution division. In this, she was responsible for developing a product platform to support the wealth advisory arm in delivering a suite of capital market products to clients both locally and globally. Aside from advisory, Ashley also had exposure in analyzing various early stage investment opportunities and had successfully led and executed the closing of a seed round deal.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce, double major in Finance and Marketing, from University of Melbourne, Australia.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures in 2019, Isaura started her career in KPMG Indonesia as a Financial Risk Consultant, in which she co-led several backend IFRS9-compliant credit loss tool implementation projects. She then moved cross-divisionally to become one of the first employees to join the newly formed Fintech Management Consulting team. In this, she gained more front-end experiences through strategizing and pitching end-to-end fintech strategies to traditional banks, as well as independently interviewing key principals for and later creating KPMG Indonesia’s first P2P Publication, “The Fintech Edge”.
Isaura holds a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, where she studied Statistics and Political Science, with a minor in Economics.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures, Tiffany was a member of the Entrepreneur Search and Growth team at Endeavor Indonesia where she recruited entrepreneurs through a rigorous in-country and international due diligence process. She assisted with company-wide strategies and formed advisory boards to assist entrepreneurs in scaling their startups. Tiffany created Endeavor Indonesia’s first-ever development program for Endeavor Mentors and Endeavor Entrepreneurs, which curated growth opportunities for each stakeholder’s personal and professional developmental goals. Previously, Tiffany was a Product Manager at CBS Interactive New York, leading the CBS News app rollout on mobile and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. Prior to that, Tiffany was a Product Marketing Manager in Alliance Data Chicago’s data-driven marketing subsidiary, Epsilon. She built go-to-market and sales strategies for Epsilon’s suite of products that specifically catered to the Media & Entertainment and Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Tiffany holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of Delta Sigma Pi, the largest professional business fraternity in the United States.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures, Ariel was attending Loyola Marymount University while taking on a few internships both in the US and in Indonesia. In his last few college years, he interned as a part-time for risk analytics in Danakini, a Jakarta based OJK-licensed Fintech company, in where Ariel worked closely with fintech enablers in verticals such as e-KYCs, AI-based background checks, and financial infrastructure enablers.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures in 2021, Gibran was a summer analyst for TAEL Partners, a regional Private Equity group with presence in six Southeast Asian markets, in which he gained exposure to Indonesia’s agribusiness, healthcare, and urban sustainability landscapes. In this, he was tasked to explore exit opportunities in public as well as private capital markets for companies operating in processed commodities and healthcare real estate. Further, he was also assigned to delve into business development and commercial due diligence for a public-private partnership in waste management.
Gibran holds a Masters of Science in Investment Management from Imperial College Business School, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Political Science from Warwick University in the UK.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures, Michelle was a Corporate Strategy Associate under the Financial Advisory Service Group (M&A) of Deloitte Indonesia. In this role, she worked in multiple SOE strategy development projects relating to the tourism, manufacturing, and property sectors. Before that, she was a Research Associate in PitchBook, a Seattle-based financial data and software company that covers the global VC, PE and public markets. In this role, she covered and worked directly with over 800 investment firms across the US, Europe, and Asia.
Michelle holds a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Albers School of Business and Economics, Seattle University.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures, Inca was a Manager at PwC’s Economics and Policy Advisory team. She worked with tech companies (Facebook, AWS), development partners (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Prospera), and governments (UK Infrastructure and Projects Authority, State Government of Victoria, various Indonesian ministries). She specialized in developing business cases/ feasibility studies for public infrastructure projects and programs across different sectors, as well as delivering capacity building programs for infrastructure stakeholders.
Inca holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex, UK.
Prior to joining Intudo Ventures, Dhanika started her career in Unilever Europe where she worked on Brand Development for the Skincare Category, collaborating closely with global and local teams to build go-to-market strategies, and spearheaded key projects on portfolio rationalization and sustainability. She then returned to Indonesia and joined Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, as an Innovation Brand Manager. There, Dhanika led cross-functional teams in the development & launch of new products, including agency partners to craft media and marketing plans, and with commercial partners to ensure outstanding execution.
Dhanika holds a MSc in Marketing Management, and BSc, cum laude, in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Prior to joining Intudo, Syafi started his career in account management roles at ByteDance and Lazada Indonesia, where he managed key merchant relationships and drove growth initiatives across Lifestyle and Electronics categories. He then served as Head of Corporate Communications at FAB Indonesia, an advertising network encompassing 30+ agencies and creative businesses, where he spearheaded strategic PR initiatives and high-impact partnership campaigns, while overseeing brand reputation management and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels.
Syafi holds a BSc in Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung’s School of Business and Management.
